We offer standard shipping across Europe within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is free on all home decor orders over €75. For larger furniture items, please allow up to 10 business days for specialized delivery.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Are your textiles and linens sustainably sourced?
At La boutique de Margaux, we prioritize quality and ethics. Most of our linens are OEKO-TEX certified, ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals and produced under sustainable conditions.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to North America soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also monitor your shipment status directly through your account dashboard on our website.
